Appellant Clint Lammers was tried and convicted of capital murder in the slaying of Lois Wallace, a clerk at a grocery store in Stuttgart. He was convicted at a jury trial and sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. He argues four points on appeal, none of which contains reversible error. However, pursuant to the provisions of Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 4-3(h), we have examined the complete record for any prejudicial error that was objected to below, but not argued on appeal.
