Wayne Johnson (Johnson) appeals from the December 7, 2007 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (trial court) denying Johnson’s motion for a new trial on the issue of damages based on alleged insufficient evidence and ex parte communication between the judge and jury.
