ORDER

SUSAN D. BARRETT, Bankruptcy Judge.

The following matters are before me: Debtor’s Motion to Strike Auditor’s Report of Material Misstatement; United States Trustee’s Motion for Rule 2004 Examination; and Debtor’s Motion for Protective Order. After having considered the motions, Debtor’s Motion to Strike is DENIED, United States Trustee’s Motion for Rule 2004 Examination is GRANTED, and Debtor’s Motion for Protective Order is DENIED. A separate order will be entered granting the Trustee’s request for a Rule 2004 exam.
