LARSON, Justice.
The district attorney filed a complaint in the District Court of Cache County charging defendant with injury to personal property, specifically that the defendant had injured a cow of the complaining witness by altering and defacing the brand. Defendant demurred and alleged as one ground, among others, that the court lacked jurisdiction of the person of the defendant or the subject matter of the action. This demurrer was overruled. The case was tried, the defendant was convicted, and a motion was made in arrest of judgment on the same grounds as those pleaded in the demurrer.…
