Plaintiff, the Streator National Bank, appeals an order of the circuit court of La Salle County dismissing their complaint against defendants, Bernard and Ruth Arquilla, to recover on a guaranty of payment of Dlinois Industrial Revenue Bonds issued by the city of Streator.
