1Opinion of the Court
The appellant was charged by indictment with ravishing a woman in Tarrant County, and upon a trial thereof he was acquitted of the crime of rape and convicted of aggravated assault, and awarded a penalty of a fine of $1,000.00 and two years in the county jail.
The trial was vigorously contested, and appellant brings before us many bills of exception, the major portion of which we shall notice.
