| ,The defendant-appellant, Greg Meffert, appeals a judgment dated April 7, 2010, and, more particularly, that portion of the judgment denying his motion for JNOV. We affirm.

Plaintiffs-appellees, Southern Electronic Supply, Inc. (“Southern”) and Active Solutions, L.L.C. (“Active Solutions”) describe themselves as business collaborators who developed and marketed to the City of New Orleans (“City”) a “crime camera” system designed to provide real time surveillance of the areas where the cameras were installed.
