Ismael Tamayo-Baez pled guilty to illegal reentry by a removed alien in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a). As a condition of his guilty plea, Tamayo-Baez reserved the right to appeal the district court’s 1 denial of his motion to suppress and motion to dismiss the indictment.
