The plaintiff-appellants, John and Kellie Gubler, brought a medical malpractice action against the defendant-respondents, Dr. Roger Boe and the Pocatello Children and Adolescent Clinic, P.A., a professional association, for failure to detect and treat a urinary tract infection and urinary tract obstruction in their newborn child, Jake Gubler.
