OPINION

WADE, Judge.

The defendant, Richard Anthony, appeals from his convictions for aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery. The trial court imposed concurrent sentences of 12 and six years, respectively. The following issues have been presented for review:(1) whether the trial court erred by refusing to dismiss the indictment after two prior mistrials;(2) whether the trial court erred by refusing to declare two state’s witnesses accomplices as a matter of law; and(3) whether witnesses were erroneously permitted to testify in violation of the rule of sequestration.
