This is a consumer warranty case where Plaintiff alleges that Defendants sold him a faulty recreational vehicle (“RV”). Defendants Jayco and Lloyd Bridges Traveland, Inc. (“Lloyd Bridges”) move to compel arbitration. Lloyd Bridges also moves for summary judgment if the Court does not compel arbitration.
