Joshua W. Bennett, Clinton L. Marsters, and Jennifer L. Ouellette (collectively, “appellants”) were cited for violating I.C. § 23-604, which prohibits individuals under twenty-one years of age from purchasing, consuming, or possessing alcoholic beverages. They are all under twenty-one but eighteen years or older. The magistrate court denied their motion to dismiss the charges.
