Appellant, Borg-Warner Acceptance Corporation, filed a complaint against the appellee, Jefferson L. Kesterson, seeking a deficiency judgment of $50,433.54, plus costs, interest, and attorney’s fees. The complaint was based upon a retail installment sales contract. On August 10, 1983, after the appellee had filed an answer, the appellant mailed requests for admissions to the appellee’s attorney.
