The plaintiff-appellant Michael Johnlaeden (hereinafter *237“appellant”) appeals this court’s order of July 18,2013 that sustained defendant/appellee CR Capital Group LLC’s (hereinafter “appellee” or “CR Capital”) preliminary objections and dismissed appellant’s complaint against appellee with prejudice.
