This lawsuit for medical malpractice under the Federal Tort Claims Act stems from the care and treatment of Plaintiff Tamika Young (“Young”) during the end of her pregnancy with and delivery of J.Y., her child. Young was treated at Cooper University Hospital (“CUH”) by doctors employed by CUH (collectively, the “Cooper Defendants”), and by doctors employed by CAMcare Health Corporation (“CAMcare”).
