—Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Tsoucalas, J.), rendered September 23, 1980, convicting him of robbery in the third degree (two counts) and criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
