This appeal concerns the procedures to be followed in connection with the entry of a default during the course of a trial. Unique Racquetball and Health Clubs, Inc. and the two individuals who control the corporation’s business, Seyd Khayami and John Gerweck, appeal from a default judgment entered by the District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Leonard D.
