MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant, LUIS OSORIO, was tried by the Municipal Court on a complaint charging aggravated assault and battery (14 V.I.C. § 298), and Oppression (14 V.I.C. § 703). He was tried by the Court and found guilty of Simple Assault (14 V.I.C. § 299) and Oppression. At trial he was represented by counsel.
