A bill in equity was filed by the Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick to require the County Commissioners of Frederick County to account for and pay over a proportion of the taxes collected by them under and by virtue of section 201 of Article 81 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, as enacted by chapter 143 of the Acts of the General Assembly passed at the session of 1896.
