Defendant makes several challenges to the sentences imposed after this case was remanded to the trial court for resentencing by the Oregon Supreme Court. State v. Walton, 311 Or 223, 253, 809 P2d 81 (1991). We review for errors of law.

In 1988, a jury convicted defendant of two counts of aggravated murder, ORS 163.095, 1 one count of felony murder, ORS 163.115, 2 and one count of robbery in the first degree, ORS 164.415, 3 all of which arose out of the same criminal episode.* ** 4 The jury further concluded that defendant should be sentenced to death.
