This case involves a dispute between the Fund Manager of the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (Fund Manager) and the University of Arizona (University) and its Local Board (Local Board), the entity responsible for administering the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (System) as it applies to the University’s members in the System.
