Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court (Doyle, J.), entered April 15, 2005 in Ulster County, ordering, inter alia, equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property, upon decisions of the court.
Plaintiff and defendant were married in July 1992 and have three children (born in 1993, 1995 and 1997). Prior to their marriage, defendant and her siblings were given an interest in *1316New York businesses owned, by her father.
