District Court, N.D. Iowa
1Opinion of the Court
ORDER
LEONARD T. STRAND, United States Magistrate Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This case is before me on a motion (Doe. No. 76) by defendant Lamplight Farms In*532corporated (Lamplight) to quash a Rule 30(b)(6) deposition notice and for protective order. Plaintiffs have filed a resistance (Doc. No. 78) and Lamplight has filed a reply (Doc. No. 79). While Lamplight requests oral argument, I have carefully reviewed the parties’ submissions and conclude that oral argument is not necessary. See N.D. Ia. L.R. 7(c). The motion is fully submitted and ready for decision.
