A Macomb County Circuit Court jury found Edward Lint guilty of, among other things, kidnapping his wife, Maja Lint. After nearly a decade of challenging this conviction in state court, Lint petitions this court for a writ of habeas corpus, claiming that it is he who is now being unlawfully detained.
