The Seaboard Air Line Railway was placed in receivership in the Eastern District of Virginia on December 23, 1930, with ancillary receivership proceedings in the Southern District of Florida. From shortly thereafter, until his regrettable illness and death in October 1943, the receiv*641■ership was under the judicial supervision of Judge Way in Virginia and has continuously from its inception been under the judicial supervision of Judge Akerman in the Southern District of Florida in the ancillary proceedings.
