MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BUCKLO, District Judge.

Noel Pagsuberon sued the Chicago Tribune Co. (“Tribune”) for discrimination on the basis of age and national origin. I granted summary judgment for the Tribune on August 15, 2001. Pagsuberon moves for reconsideration pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 59(e). A motion to reconsider under Rule 59(e) allows a party to direct my attention to a manifest error of law or fact or newly discovered evidence, but it does not provide an opportunity to “introduce new evidence or advance arguments that could and should have been presented ... prior to the judgment.”…
