The defendant, who prosecutes this appeal, was tried and convicted in the court below on a charge preferred by affidavit for conveying or transporting over or along a public street or highway prohibited liquors, for another, in violation of Section 24 of the Fuller Bill. — Acts Special Session 1909, pp. 86, 87. The prosecution is based on the disjunctive alternative provision contained in the latter part of said section 24 of the Fuller Bill, and charges an offense against the prohibition laws. — Williams v.
