The issue on appeal is whether the trial court properly denied the postjudgment motion for attorney’s fees filed by the defendant, Dawn Cassara, for the legal representation provided to her in connection with the action brought by the plaintiff, Adrian Marcus, seeking joint custody of the parties’ three minor children.
