This is a contest of the will of N. H. Henson, the three adult sons of Henson by .the first marriage being the contestants, and the three minor children of Henson by his last marriage and his widow being the eontestees. After the completion of the testimony, the trial court gave a peremptory instruction for the eontestees, and the contestants have appealed.
