Plaintiff-appellants, the family of Diana Simpson, challenge the district court’s summary judgment dismissing . their § 1983 lawsuit claiming that Young County violated Mrs. Simpson’s constitutional rights when she died in the county jail from a probable suicide-caused drug overdose the evening after she was arrested for public intoxication.
