Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of St. Lawrence County (Richards, J.), rendered May 22, 2014, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts).

In satisfaction of various charges against him, defendant pleaded guilty to an indictment charging him with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts) and waived his right to appeal.
