Feng Chai Yang (“Yang”), a native of the Fujian province of China, seeks asylum in this country on the basis of her resisting China’s one-child policy. Yang now petitions us to review the Board of Immigration Appeals’ (“BIA’s”) decision affirming the Immigration Judge’s (“IJ’s”) order denying Yang’s application for asylum and withholding of removal under the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”) and the United Nations Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (“CAT”).
