Appeal from. District Court, Washita County; James B. Cullison, Assigned Judge. Homer Richards was convicted of burglary with explosives, and he appeals.

The plaintiff in error, Homer Richards, together with L. F. Do Bendo and W. H. Wag-goner, were jointly informed against for the offense of burglary with explosives, a severance had, and said Homer Richards, hereinafter designated asm defendant, convicted and sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiaiy of this state for a term of twenty-five years and to pay the costs of this prosecution. To reverse the judgment rendered he prosecutes this appeal:
