FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

SPIEGEL, District Judge:

This case came before the Court for a bench trial on December 8, 1982. It is an action for damages predicated upon defendant’s alleged violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Plaintiff contends defendant violated 15 U.S.C. § 1681e(b) by failing to follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of information reported about the plaintiff.
