Joseph C. Powell died July 18, 1904, leaving a will, in which he appointed his wife Clara, now Eobertson, executrix.
These are the pertinent portions of the will: “First: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every kind real, personal and mixed to my beloved wife, Clara H.
