The plaintiff in error is that which its name implies, an association organized a number of years ago by farmers, and probably some others of Springfield township, Mahoning county, for the purpose of mutual protection and assistance in case of loss by fire.- At the time of its organization, it had formulated and adopted a constitution which, it is therein provided, forms a part of the contract of insurance. It may be said that this association is somewhat peculiar in organization, and is, so to speak, sort of in a class by itself, organization being effected under 89593, 9594, 9595, 9596,…
