Amy W. Rockwood sued the Texas Department of State Health Services alleging the Department violated the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (TCHRA) by: (1) terminating her because of her disability; (2) terminating her in retaliation for requesting a reasonable accommodation; and (3) failing to provide a reasonable accommodation for her disability.
