In these actions consolidated for purposes of appeal, plaintiff appeals by leave granted an October 11, 1988, opinion and October 27, 1988, order of the Oakland Circuit Court, affirming a Michigan Employment Security Commission Board of Review decision denying plaintiff unemployment benefits, and as of right from a November 3, 1988, order granting summary disposition for defendants Nichols, Curtis, and Oakland County Board of Commissioners in plaintiff’s wrongful discharge action.
