The defendant in error, John S. Miller, brought an action in the court of common pleas of this county against the plaintiffs in error, A. M. Carr and others, to recover on a promissory note in the sum of $210.
The defendants below answered, alleging that $170 of the consideration for this note was the purchase price of a bull which defendants below had purchased from plaintiff below.
