Plaintiff, claiming the existence of an oral partnership agreement with the defendants, filed a bill of complaint for a dissolution, accounting, injunctive relief, and a receivership. The defendants denied the existence of a copartnership, claimed the relationship was that of employer, and employee, asked for an accounting of the funds received by plaintiff and that they have a decree therefor.
