*120H. E. Damon and others, complainants in the court below, filed their bill of complaint in the Chancery Court of Lauderdale County against James Slaughter, city engineer, and the City of Meridian, as defendants, asking that the defendant James Slaughter, as city engineer, be enjoined from engaging in the private practice of engineering, and that the defendant City of Meridian be enjoined from permitting its city engineer to engage in the private practice of engineering.
