Plaintiff Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Co. (“Nationwide” or “Company”) appeals the district court judgment, entered upon a jury verdict, finding Nationwide liable under the terms of a Homeowners Insurance Policy to defendant John T. May Jr., Administrator of the Estate of Charles-etta May (“Estate”), for fire damage at the insured premises.
