By this original proceeding, the Charleston National Bank, Executor and Trustee of the Estate of B. E. Fisher, deceased, relator, seeks a writ of mandamus to compel Edgar B. Sims, State Auditor, respondent, to pay the claim of B. E. Fisher, deceased, against the State Board of Control, in the amount of $2,759.43, the aggregate of an alleged balance due for work performed by decedent under contract and compensation for additional services performed and materials furnished.
