OPINION
{¶ 1} Appellants, Suzanne Lanzone ("Ms. Lanzone"), individually and on behalf of her minor daughter, Gina, appeal the Lake County Court of Common Pleas judgment entered against her. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
{¶ 2} Statement of Facts and Procedural History
{¶ 3} On May 26, 2006, Ms. Lanzone filed a medical malpractice action against appellees/cross-appellants, Janie M. Zart, M.D. ("Dr. Zart") and her employer, Prime Health, Inc.
