Plaintiff Christine Noga (“Noga”) asserts the following claims against Defendant Costco Wholesale Corporation (“Costco”): gender discrimination under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 and -3, and ORS 659A.030; age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 623, and ORS 659A.030; retaliation in violation of Title VII, the ADEA, and ORS 659A.030, and intentional infliction of emotional distress (“IIED”).
