Given time constraints associated with an impending primary election contest, the present election appeal was previously resolved via per curiam Order. See In re Nomination Petition of Guzzardi, — Pa. -, 91 A.3d 701 (2014) (directing that Appellee Robert Guzzardi’s name be stricken from the primary ballot for the Republican Party nomination for the Office of Governor of Pennsylvania).
