TIREY, Justice.

Plaintiffs brought this suit against Texas Power & Light Company, a public service corporation, to recover for unlawful discrimination for charges for electric current furnished to them by defendant during the period from January, 1918 through October, 1938. On the verdict of the jury the court awarded judgment in favor of plaintiffs against defendant for the sum of $7,288.44, with interest at six per cent per annum from January 1, 1941 until paid.
