This matter is before the Court on the Defendant J. Davis Architects, PLLC’s (“J. Davis”) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. ECF No. 51. Plaintiffs filed a response, ECF No. 53, and Defendants filed a Reply, ECF No. 56. The Court heard argument on the motion on January 15, 2013, and the matter is now ripe for decision.
