Dumas v. Griffin

This is an action of tort remanded from the Hampshire County Superior Court to the District Court of Hampshire on December 10, 1970. On February 20, 1973 the case was tried, and on Monday, March 5, 1973, the court made a finding for the plaintiff and assessed damages in the sum of $15,600.00.
