I. Introduction

Jamie M. Blair (“Debtor”) filed her petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on March 6, 1989. She listed on Schedule A real property located at Oakland Park Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43209 (the “Property”).
